Informational website
The Shelf Score and public content are general information, not a valuation, appraisal, investment recommendation, or guarantee that a project will sell.
Eligibility and accurate information
You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. You agree to provide accurate information and not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, confidential without authority, or owned by someone else.
Project submissions
Submitting a project does not create an obligation to list it, purchase services, or accept it into the pilot. Project Shelved may decline, pause, or remove a submission when ownership, quality, safety, fit, or available capacity is unclear.
Paid services
The scope, delivery date, price, cancellation terms, and included revisions for any paid service will be presented before payment or confirmed in a separate written agreement. Work does not begin until the agreed intake materials and payment requirements are complete.
Marketplace and transaction boundaries
Project Shelved may prepare information, introduce parties, and support a handoff. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for their own diligence, agreements, taxes, regulatory obligations, payments, escrow, and professional advice. Project Shelved is not a law firm, accounting firm, investment adviser, or escrow provider.
Ownership and licenses
You retain ownership of your submitted materials. You grant Project Shelved a limited permission to review, store, format, and—only with appropriate approval—display those materials to operate the service. Sellers are responsible for confirming their right to transfer every included asset.
No guaranteed outcome
We do not guarantee valuation, buyer interest, offers, closing, future revenue, technical performance, or a successful transfer. Examples and price ranges are illustrative unless clearly identified as a current verified listing.
Limitation and suspension
To the extent permitted by law, the pilot is provided without warranties beyond those expressly agreed in writing. We may suspend access to protect users, data, or the service. Any liability terms for a paid engagement will be stated in the applicable written agreement.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the service develops. Continued use after a revision means the updated terms apply from their effective date. Questions can be submitted through our contact page.
Before the first paid engagement or completed transfer, these terms and the success-fee model should be reviewed by qualified counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.
