Information we collect
When you complete a Shelf Score, submit a project, or join the buyer list, we collect the information you enter. This may include your name, email address, project details, preferences, budget range, and assessment answers.
How we use it
- To provide your assessment and respond to your request.
- To evaluate projects and match relevant buyers and sellers.
- To operate, secure, and improve the pilot.
- To send relevant updates when you have agreed to receive them.
Storage and service providers
Submissions are stored in a private Vercel Blob store. The website is hosted by Vercel, and its source is stored on GitHub. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the website, when required by law, or with a prospective buyer or seller only as part of a process you have agreed to. Public and gated listing details are reviewed with the seller before publication.
Retention
We retain pilot submissions while they are useful for responding to you, operating the service, maintaining necessary records, and resolving disputes. You may ask us to delete information that we are not legally required to retain.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw from non-essential communications, through the contact page. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live.
Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to submission data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Project Shelved is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the pilot evolves. The effective date above will change when material revisions are published. Privacy requests can be started through our contact page.
This pilot policy is a practical operating draft and is not a substitute for advice from qualified counsel.
